Ayrat graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with honors, the Faculty of General and Applied Physics. He has received a unique experience in the design of technological devices and vacuum process equipment. Ayrat has successively held the positions of Technical Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has a 20-year experience working with the equipment and technology. He has implemented a number of projects for the production of standard and non-standard vacuum equipment, line equipment for mass production of FPD displays in Southeast Asia, as well as for the production of precision optical coatings.
Ayrat has confirmed his competences in successful work in projects for Apple, Samsung, Sharp, Saint-Gobain Corporation, CPT, CMO, TPK and other players in the high technologies world market.
Oleg graduated from Belarusian State University, the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. He has a successful 15-year experience in the international automobile holding "Atlant-M" International Automobile Holding. In the corresponding period he served as a sales manager, the financial director and the director of one of the most successful dealerships in the group. In "Atlant-M" Oleg headed led the department with a total workforce of over 230 people and total revenues of more than $ 100 million. He has initiated and implemented a number of innovative projects for the automation of processes (SAP R/3), and customer focus. Headed by Oleg, this dealership has become the market leader in terms of sales and profitability. Oleg possesses Golden token - the highest award among the directors of “Atlant-M” International Automobile Holding.
Alex graduated from Belarusian State University with honors, the Faculty of Radio Physics and Electronics. He joined the “Atlant-M” International Automobile Holding in the position of the project manager for the implementation of SAP HR. In the next period of his work experience in the "Atlant-M" he consistently served as the HR-Director and the Deputy General Director of Communications and Brand. As the a Personnel Director Alex has contributed to the strong growth of the company by developing and implementing a new HR-strategy (the staff has increased from 2 thousand to 5 thousand). He has been engaged in the operational activity and the formalization of business processes in the field of personnel management. He has also implemented the Assessment Centre for management positions based on the competency model. In 2011-2012, he was the head of the employee engagement program, which led to a 35% increase in productivity. While working as the Deputy Director General for Communications and Brand, he together with Thomas Gad have developed a brand-code for OEMs. He has led the project to standardize disparate customer databases of CRM system of wide dealer network. He has introduced a loyalty bonus program based on the analysis of customer lifecycle. Alex has seven corporate awards from the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer for outstanding results.
Oleg graduated from the National Research University, Moscow.
He has over 10 years’ experience in managerial positions in the "Recife Technologies Bel", the largest industrial branch of the French company «Recif technology» where he served as the Chief Designer, the Head of Assembly Production and the Head of Production.
Oleg has a successful experience in the organization of production. He has led the project for the relocation of full production of the equipment for microelectronics industry from France to Belarus. The equipment labeled "RECIF" and "Made in Belarus" has been shipped to such end users as SMIC, Samsung, TSMC and others.
For 5 years Oleg has headed the Department of Development and Production in the company engaged in the manufacturing of vacuum thin film equipment. He has successfully implemented the system of product lifecycle management and quality control processes in the department as well as the strategy aimed at a more efficient output.
